Abstract
New findings suggest that transcription enhancers work by recruitment of a large dynamic network of coactivators and other factors responsible for gene activation. Formation of these condensates is driven by DNA-bound transcription factors, their intrinsically disordered activation domains, and dynamic low-specificity interactions within the complex.Entities:
