NOTE. Data are represented as n (%), mean (SD), or median [IQR]. Twenty-seven Elecsys CSF Aβ42 concentrations were above the ULOD; for these, extrapolated values were used for the analysis. For one subject the syndrome diagnosis was not known. Statistical significance of MCI and dementia against CN tested with Dunn's post hoc multiple group comparisons using Bonferroni's P value correction is indicated.
