Abstract
CONTEXT: The development of diabetes insipidus (DI) following transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenomas has been associated with higher postsurgical morbidity and longer hospitalizations. Identifying these patients promptly and efficiently can lead to improved health care outcomes.Entities:
