Abstract
We report a 59-year-old male who underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic right upper lobe sleeve lobectomy because of a fixated interlobar lymph node. A squamous cell carcinoma of stage T3N1M0 was disclosed on pathological examination. The bronchial anastomosis was performed using a running suture with 3-0 prolene. The postoperative course was uneventful. The patient has been doing well for 18 months.Entities:
