KEY TEACHING POINTS
Methicillin-resistant Antibiotic prophylaxis is mandatory for all patients at the time of implantation, regardless of any history of infection. The Micra transcatheter pacemaker system extraction technique should be included in the syllabus when teaching new implanters. |
