Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses for itching alone and onchocercal skin disease outcomes in endemic villages.
Account was taken for clustering by village in all analyses. Each of the multivariate models included risk factors of age, sex, plus either i) mf positivity, ii) mf load or iii) presence of nodules as the marker for infection.
