Figure-1Multiplex-polymerase chain reaction of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli strains isolates from raw milk, Kareish cheese and yoghurt samples. Lane (POS): Positive control. Lane (Neg): Negative control. Lane (L): 100 bp ladder as DNA marker. Lanes 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 are positive for C. jejuni only. Lanes 1, 4, 9 are negative for both C. jejuni and C. coli. Lane 2: The strain gave a weak hippurate reaction.
