Figure 1(a, c, and e) Preoperative radiograph, MRI, and CT demonstrated the cervical stenosis; (b, d, and f) postoperative radiograph, MRI, and CT showed that the instruments were in good position and that the cervical canal was enlarged; (g) intraoperative image demonstrated that the three-dimensional printed patient-specific drilling template was anchored to the lamina by two mini-screws; (h) photograph of the three-dimensional printed drilling template; (i) postoperative axial CT image demonstrated that the hinge-side trough and open-side trough were properly located and that the ventral cortex of the lamina on the hinge-side was continuous.
