Eating (EAT), walking across a room (WALK ROOM), dressing (DRESS), bathing and showering (BATH), eating (EAT), getting in and out of bed (BED), using the toilet (TOILET), walking 100 yards/block (WALK100), sitting for about 2 hours (SIT), getting up from a chair after sitting for long periods (CHAIR), climbing several flights of stairs without resting (CLIMB SEVERAL), climbing one flight of stairs without resting (CLIM1), lifting or carrying weights over 10 lbs (LIFT), stooping, kneeling, or crouching (STOOP), reaching arms above shoulder level (ARMS), pushing or pulling large objects (PUSH), and picking up a 5p coin from the table (DIME).
