Abstract
The Kruppel-like transcription factor zinc finger protein (ZNF)217 (mouse homolog ZFP217) contributes to tumorigenesis by dysregulating gene expression programs. The newly discovered molecular function of ZFP217 in controlling N6-methyladenosine (m6A) deposition in embryonic stem cells (ESCs) sheds new light on the role of this transcription factor in tumor development.Entities:
