Abstract
The relative importance of drug-induced liver disease assumes much significance in certain groups of patients such as the elderly. The majority of cases occur as unexpected reactions to a therapeutic dose of a drug. Factors affecting susceptibility to drug-induced liver disease are diverse and are discussed in this article.Entities:
