Model 1: adjusted for age and height.
Model 2: adjusted for age and body mass index.
Model 3: adjusted for age, body mass index, caloric intake, log(physical activity), vitamin D, and log(HOMA-IR).
The stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD) were divided according to estimated glomerular filtration rate: Normal and CKD 1 (≥ 90 mL/min/1.73 m2), CKD 2 (60–89.9 mL/min/1.73 m2), and CKD 3–5 (<60 mL/min/1.73 m2).
