Ironing out VPS34 inhibition.

Timothy Marsh, Jayanta Debnath.

Abstract

The class III phosphoinositide 3-kinase VPS34 regulates autophagosome formation. Three groups have developed VPS34 inhibitors and shown their utility in investigating and defining autophagic processes.
