Position of nucleotides in each gene.
A 2-bp sequence, TA, was inserted in CK/CH/LDL/97I P115, compared to that of the P5 sequence, in the position between the M gene and ORF5. The position of the 2-bp sequence in CK/CH/LDL/97I P115 is shown.
