Abstract
A bipyridyl-based anion receptor is utilized as a ligand in a tetrahedral FeCl2 complex and demonstrates secondary coordination sphere influence through intramolecular hydrogen bonding to the chloride ligands as evidenced by X-ray crystallography.Entities:
