Representative western blots of adipose tissue lysate with antibodies against AMPK, p-AMPK and β-actin as loading control. Total protein (50 ug) from the adipose tissue was electrophoresed on to SDS-phage gel and transferred to PVDF membranes. The effects of dietary PV or acetic acid supplementation on key lipolysis enzyme mRNA levels were examined by real-time PCR. The results represent each mRNA/ β-actin expression ratio.
