Abstract
The authors describe an HIV-positive patient with nodular regenerative hyperplasia of the liver with non-cirrhotic portal hypertension. Despite stopping the culprit drug, didanosine, the radiologic changes persisted for years. When evaluating liver pathologies, antiretroviral drugs must be included in the differential diagnosis, even when they have been stopped years ago.Entities:
