Abstract
Multivessel robotic totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass grafting is currently under development. Quadruple totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass has so far not been reported. A 75-year-old patient with multivessel coronary artery disease underwent daVinci Si-assisted completely endoscopic placement of a left internal mammary artery bypass to the left anterior descending artery and construction of a right internal mammary artery Y-graft off the left internal mammary artery to the posterior descending artery. The left internal mammary artery was also connected to a diagonal branch as a sequential graft. The obtuse marginal branch was revascularized using an endoscopically harvested vein graft originating from the left axillary artery.Entities:
