Main results: the change in Health Utilities Index mark (HUI) from pre-management to post-management and the GBI score after management. The data are grouped by diagnosis category. The other columns reported the number of people in each group and other information. Note that not everyone who completed both HUI-3s completed the (GBI), or vice versa, and so the numbers of people are not necessarily the same. The asterisked results were statistically significant after allowing for a 30-test Bonferroni correction
