Abstract
A rare case with concomitant fracture of the greater tuberosity and a bony Bankart lesion is described. Bioabsorbable suture anchors are used to reduce and fix both fractures utilizing a double-row suture-bridge technique. First, the Bankart fracture is reduced, and then the greater tuberosity fracture is reduced through a subacromial approach. This arthroscopic technique provides a firm 3-point fixation for both fractures that is minimally invasive.Entities:
