Abstract
Endoscopic clips are relatively new devices that have been shown to be effective for the control of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Various different models are available and offer simplicity of use with relatively few complications. Recently, endoscopic clips have been used for a variety of non-hemorrhagic conditions. In this article we review the literature and present current thinking about the indications, efficacy and safety of these devices.Entities:
