Abstract
Over the last decade, our understanding of ovarian cancer has evolved; it is no longer considered a single entity, but instead a heterogeneous group of tumors. Accordingly, a histotype-specific grading system seems to be more appropriate than a universal grading system to reflect the diversity of this disease. In this article, this histotype-specific approach to the grading of ovarian carcinoma is discussed.Entities:
