Abstract
The postnatal management of prenatally detected hydronephrosis mainly involves a close follow-up with ultrasound, renal isotopic scan and URO-MRI. In some cases, there is an indication for either a pyeloplasty or, more exceptionally, nephrectomy of a non-functioning obstructed kidney. In this chapter, we review the indications and the operative techniques of laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children.Entities:
