Abstract
Three bovine group B rotavirus strains were detected from diarrheic calves during a surveillance study of rotaviral diarrhea in West Bengal, India. The sequence analysis of VP7 and NSP5 genes of these strains demonstrates a high degree of sequence variation from other group B rotavirus strains, indicating the emergence of a new genotype.Entities:
