Abstract
Secundum atrial septal defects (ASDs) are routinely closed using transcatheter devices. In patients with left superior vena cava (LSVC) draining to the coronary sinus (CS), the device must not obstruct CS drainage. We report five cases of successful ASD device closure without obstructing flow from the LSVC or dilated CS.Entities:
