A bioassay for derivatives of qinghaosu (artemisinin).

X Li1, K Rieckmann.

Abstract

A sensitive bioassay was developed for measuring the serum antimalarial activity for qinghaosu (artemisinin) derivatives. This should assist in the formulation of optimum regimens for the treatment of P. falciparum malaria.
