Abstract
Perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluorides are effective dehydroxy-fluorination agents for the hydroxyl group at the sugar moiety of nucleoside derivatives and give the corresponding fluorinated nucleosides in good yield with an inversion of configuration in a single step.Entities:
