Abstract
Disulfiram added to the diet of female CF1 mice inhibited large-bowel neoplasia produced by repeated subcutaneous administrations of dimethylhydrazine (DMH). The mice on a control diet all showed multiple tumors of the large bowel after DMH treatments, whereas there was no evidence of neoplasia in mice given disulfiram.Entities:
