Abstract
Mass spectrometry is an important tool for the identification and structural determination of flavonoid glycosides. The advantages of mass spectrometry are high sensitivity and possibilities of hyphenation with liquid chromatographic methods for the analysis of mixtures of compounds. Different desorption ionization methods allow the analysis of underivatized glycosides. A review of mass spectrometric techniques applied to the identification and structural studies of flavonoid glycosides is presented.Entities:
