Some general methods of preparing affinity columns.

P V Sundaram.

Abstract

Some general methods of covalent coupling of nucleotides, especially derivatized nucleotides, polynucleotides and cofactors to insoluble polymers are described in this paper. Wherever necessary individual methods also carry some information on the binding of enzymes to the same polymers to serve as a guide to the efficiency of the coupling methods.
