Abstract
We performed a prospective study to establish the efficacy of coronary stent placement in a highly selected group of patients with focal coronary artery spasm in whom anginal attacks could not be prevented by full medical therapy. The results of this study indicate that intracoronary stent placement may represent an alternative and feasible treatment for patients with vasospastic angina refractory to aggressive medical therapy.Entities:
