Abstract
A 55-year-old man, with a history of medically uncontrolled coronary vasospasm, presented for evaluation of chest pain 6 months after implantation of left internal mammary artery. Due to recurrent episodes of vasospastic angina and serious complications of coronary spasm (ventricular fibrillation, myocardial infarction), a stent had previously been implanted in the proximal part of left anterior descending artery at the site of angiographically and ergonovine-proven coronary spasm, with subsequent in-stent restenosis.Entities:
