Tissue blood flow assessment of pulsed Doppler ultrasound using autoregressive modeling.

O F Bay1, I Güler.

Abstract

Tissue blood flow measurement using 20 MHz pulsed Doppler ultrasound is presented. Autoregressive modeling is applied to Doppler signals obtained from tissue blood flow. The measurement system is tested on the reference flow model and then applied to man right hand tissue. It is seen that the reasonable results are obtained.
