Solitary intraductal papilloma: findings at MR imaging and MR galactography.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this article is to describe MR findings in surgically proven solitary intraductal papillomas of the breast, including findings on MR galactography.
CONCLUSION: Women with spontaneous nipple discharge and solitary intraductal papilloma show, on MR imaging, dilated ducts with an associated enhancing, well-circumscribed mass.
