Abstract
We report a case of aortocoronary dissection during a percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) which resulted from an antegrade and also a progressively retrograde extension of the coronary dissection into the Sinus of Valsalva and the ascending aorta. It was successfully treated with stenting without an operation, resulting in optimal coronary blood flow and diminution of the aortic dissection.Mesh:
