Abstract
Bullous cellulitis is a distinctive form of cellulitis most often caused by beta hemolytic streptococci. This report describes a case of bullous cellulitis caused by Serratia marcescens in an elderly diabetic woman with peripheral vascular disease. A discussion of this ubiquitous, nosocomial pathogen follows.Entities:
