[The role of infertility treatment in very premature births in France. The point of view of the neonatologist].

More than one quarter of pregnancies after IVF are multiple, resulting in 80% of births before 33 weeks GA. Survival of these tiny babies is only made possible through complex care, raising numerous medical, technical, psychological and ethical problems.
