Abstract
Results of studies on the synthesis of different fractions of cytoplasmic RNA in the spleens of immunized mice at the peak of primary immune response are reported. RNA was extracted by the phenol-detergent procedure from the cytoplasm of spleen cells of mice immunized with sheep red blood cells. The kinetics of labeling in vivo with 32P-orthophosphate indicate an accelerated biosynthesis and transport from nucleus to cytoplasm of 28S, 18S and 4S fractions of RNA.Entities:
