Abstract
Phycomycotic granulomas are described in the skin of 7 mullet (Mugil cephalus) from extensive outbreaks of dermal ulceration in fish in south-east Queensland. The fungus involved was probably a member of the Family Saprolegniaceae, but was not cultured from the lesions. A myxosporidian infection was present in some fish. The primary cause of the disease is uncertain.Entities:
