Abstract
Central nervous system (CNS) involvement is an extremely rare complication of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). This report describes a case of stable, early stage CLL who developed histologically documented cerebral infiltration two years after the diagnosis and responded to cranial radiotherapy.Entities:
