Abstract
Hospital inpatients are regularly involved in medical student teaching. The Leicestershire Hospice recently became more involved in such undergraduate activity by teaching second-year students basic clinical skills. As this was a new venture for the unit, it was thought important to seek the patients' feelings about taking part. This was done by questionnaire following each teaching session. Overall, the patients seemed enthusiastic, enjoyed the experience and had clear ideas on what hospice staff should particularly aim to pass on to the students.Entities:
