Abstract
The authors report a patient who developed a cerebrospinal fluid fistula secondary to a fractured methyl methacrylate cranioplasty plate. There was no external evidence of trauma. X-ray films showed no evidence of the fracture. It is suggested that the impregnation of methyl methacrylate with a radiopaque material would result in visualization of such fractures.Entities:
