Abstract
Tuberous sclerosis is known to be associated with neurologic, renal and cardiac lesions. We report a case involving a child with tuberous sclerosis who developed infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. Surgical therapy was successful. Although aortic aneurysm is uncommon in children with tuberous sclerosis, routine screening is necessary due to the high risk of death by rupture. Surgical treatment must be performed immediately.Entities:
