Abstract
The recent generation of mice harboring multiple mutations in Hox genes has highlighted the role of these genes in controlling growth and patterning of the limb bud. The study of the phenotypes has not only revealed a complex network of genetic interactions among paralogous and non-paralogous Abdominal-B-related Hox genes but has also refined our understanding of their function.Entities:
