Abstract
Persistent oozing and bleeding through the wall of the built-in outflow conduit in mechanical circulatory assist devices is a troublesome problem. Wrapping the outflow conduit of Thoratec in a Hemashield graft without preclotting completely prevents oozing and bleeding.Entities:
