Abstract
Tuberculosis of the thymus is an extremely rare diagnosis, only three cases having been reported in the literature to date. Clinical, roentgenographic and histopathological findings are presented in a 29-year-old woman. The patient underwent sternotomy for a mediastinal mass suspected to be a thymoma, which was histopathologically diagnosed as thymic tuberculosis.Entities:
