Abstract
Biliary stricture is a difficult complication in the management of hepatolithiasis. Resection of the hepatic segment containing biliary stricture(s) is ideal. Dilatation and stenting therapy with PTCSL in selective cases is a good adjuvant, sometimes alternative, therapy. We recommend a combination of multimodal treatment with a systemic approach to improve results. For recurrent or residual cases, PTCSL becomes the mainstay of treatment.Entities:
