Abstract
We report a case of symptomatic acute posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) rupture in a 3-year-old boy. At arthroscopy, the PCL was avulsed from the femoral attachment with intact ligament substance. Arthroscopic repair of the PCL was performed by transosseous sutures, which were placed using a suture-punch and an anterior cruciate ligament drill guide. Two years later there was a perfect objective and functional result.Entities:
