Abstract
Many dentists use resin primers and adhesives to prevent post-cementation sensitivity of teeth restored with crowns. However, little information is available regarding the effect of these resins on crown retention. This laboratory study concluded that two popular resins, Gluma Desensitizer (Heraeus Kulzer) and One-Step (Bisco Dental Products), had little or no effect on the retention of crowns luted with zinc phosphate, glass ionomer or resin-modified glass ionomer cements.Entities:
