Abstract
Three new azaphilones, named luteusins C, D, and E, were isolated from an Ascomycete, Talaromyces luteus, together with luteusins A and B (previous tentative designations: TL-1 and -2, respectively), which had formerly been isolated as monoamine oxidase (MAO)-inhibitory azaphilones from the fungus.
